Gayathri is currently pursuing her Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Pallab Sinha Mahapatra and Dr. Tuhin Subhra Santra. She completed her B Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering and Management, Punnapra, in 2015, and M Tech in Biomedical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, in 2018. Later she worked as a Junior Research Fellow at PNAS Lab, IIT Hyderabad. Her research interests include single-cell technology, drug delivery systems, Bio-NEMS/ MEMS, brain drug delivery, etc.
Microfluidic Platform for Single-cell High-throughput Drug Delivery
Develop a high throughput single-cell drug delivery platform by patterning a substantial single cell population on a substrate, followed by pulsed laser mediated drug delivery through transient membrane pore formation.
